Let’s face it; exams are the most stressful time of a student's life. The pressures of making a passing grade or a required grade can be very unnerving. Here are some tips for coping with the stress of exams, grades and the future. -Exercise (walking, hitting the gym) -Music (classical, alternative, hip hop, your choice)
-Television / Movie (only for a couple of hours)
-Reading a Book/ Magazine etc. (anything other than what your studying)
